Save Childline North West, keep the helpline open!

Every day, children across the North West Province face abuse, neglect, violence, and situations no child should ever have to endure. For many of them, Childline NW is the first (and sometimes only) ear they can turn to for help. 

For 25 years, Childline NW has run a 24-hour, toll-free helpline, a safe and confidential space where children and those who care about them can confide in. Our trained counsellors listen, comfort, and act to ensure children are protected, supported, and connected to the right services when they need it most. Did you know that 700-1000 calls from or about children in desperate need are received by the helpline every month? Where will these children turn if the line stops to exist?
