So, to cut a long story short, Jacques has been battling with his bladder and has recently had a scope done. He has a cancerous tumour in his bladder, and it's inoperable as it's gone into the muscle tissue. The only option is to remove the bladder. This is a R200k to R300k operation and he does not have medical aid. He recently did a scope that cost +- R80k, because the public health system could only help in September, and he literally cannot urinate because of the clotting. The specialise said he has to be operated on as a matter of urgency. Unfortunately the public system is not able to help and he has no option but to pay privately.
