4 months to live!!
Meet Theresa Adonis. Theresa was born and bred in Franschhoek village. She is a member of the famous and much loved Boonzaaier family. Theresa is also one of our most loved small business owners and if you have visited our village, then you are sure to have met her at our local Saturday market or interacted with one of her relatives at some stage in your visit. The Boonzaaier family are cornerstones of our wonderful community.
Theresa has been making and selling amazingly tasty samoosas at our local Franschhoek Saturday market for over 10 years, always with a friendly smile. She is her family's sole breadwinner, working tirelessly every week to ensure the samoosas are plentiful and perfect.
2 months ago our dear Theresa felt ill and after numerous tests it was discovered that she only has 4% function in her kidneys. The doctors have given her 6 months to live unless she receives dialysis.
Unfortunately she had no medical aid and the state hospital has refused to provide her with free dialysis treatments due to he...
