BabesGotBytes is a purpose-driven organization to empower women and girls in underserved communities with coding and digital skills. We give black females everything they need to access opportunities in technology. And inspire the next generations of women engineers with confidence.

Look At What We’ve Achieved So Far

Since our founding in 2019, we have:

• Run six coding cohorts
• Found permanent employment for five women
• 62% of the learners in our cohorts are now employed
• Secured 14 positions with big tech companies for young women
• We helped two graduates secure bursaries to study at the university
• We’ve impacted 10,000 youth through our workshops and learning interventions
