There are moments in life that divide our stories into two parts: the life we imagined, and the life that unfolds before us.

Thirty-two years ago, Leonora Fransman held her son, James Christopher, and dreamed of all that lay ahead. She imagined birthdays, school concerts, bedtime prayers, laughter echoing through hallways, and the quiet privilege of watching him grow. Although JC's journey lasted only two months, his story did not end there.

Love has a remarkable way of refusing to end where we thought the story would. It transcends loss, reshapes sorrow into purpose, and finds expression in the lives we choose to touch. What began as a mother's love for her son grew into a commitment to serve others, proving that even the briefest of lives can leave the deepest of legacies.
