Gooday, everyone I am Yolandi
I am reaching out with an urgent request for your support in helping me raise the final R94 000 needed for my Psychiatric and Celiac Service Dog.
I live with a complex combination of medical and psychological conditions: CPTSD, ADHD, and severe Celiac Disease. A Service Dog is not a luxury or just a pet for me - he is a vital medical aid trained to perform life changing tasks.
How He Will Help Me Every Day:
- Medical Alert (Celiac Disease): My celiac symptoms have rapidly worsened over the past few months, recently resulting in iron deficiency and hospitalization he is being trained to sniff out and alert me to presence of gluten before I can accidently ingest it, protecting my physical health.
