The South African chapter of the global Smartphone Free Childhood is on a mission to help reclaim childhood and family time. It's about shifting these norms -

• Delaying smartphones until high school
• Delaying social media until 16+
• Creating phone-free schools
• Encouraging the careful and mindful use of safeguarded EdTech
• Advocating for regulation around phone-free schools and age restrictions for social media.
