Greetings all,
My name is Shev, I am a 27 year old student. I have just completed my 3 year BSocSci Degree majoring in Psychology and Counselling. This has been the most challenging 3 years of my life, having to adjust to studying through Covid and the fear that I would not be able to continue paying for my studies, but these 3 year have also been the most impactful. Through personal growth and my studies I have truly found my passion within this field, and specifically helping others.
After all my hard work, I have been awarded the opportunity to continue my studies as I was accepted into the Honors Programme 2023. It is always an achievement to be accepted into a prestigious institution, however I am exceptionally proud of myself as despite receiving hundreds of applications, only 15 students are accepted into the institution annually. I am incredibly proud and very excited to start this new journey and step into this new chapter of my life.
I have had to support myself financially, in order to get myself through my studies....
