Shiloh Smith - African Youth Chess Championship 2024

My daughter, Shiloh Smith, is a very enthusiastic 14 year old girl, with a great passion for chess. Her chess journey started at the age of 8 and she never looked back since. Shiloh has played various chess tournaments, junior chess leagues, club chess leagues and school chess leagues as a devotion to chess. She just cannot get enough of chess and tries to take every opportunity where possible. Shiloh was selected to compete in the South African Junior Chess Championship this year, where she finished 9th in the country, she was so thrilled to have come this far. Because of her biggest achievement ever, she was selected to compete and represent South Africa in the African Youth Chess Championship this year. The Championship is the biggest chess event in the African Continent, which will be held in South Africa this year from the 15 June 2024 until 23 June 2024. It will be a great honor for her to participate in this prestige's event.
