Soul Whisperers Poetry to Music Project

In 2025 a programme was started by Gavin Prinsloo aka The Soul Whisperer, to elevate poetry beyond the norms and strictures of the art.

Subsequently Sakura Book Publishing, as marketing and social media managers, have also joined in the fund raising venture to further emphasize the need to support deserving poets.

An initial group of five poets tendered poems to The Soul Whisperer to adapt poetry into musical song to expand the scope of poetry and poets work worldwide, using original poetry and utilizing Suno to create the music and vocals.

To facilitate the distribution, a Ditto label account was opened financed by The Soul Whisperer, and Soul Whisperers Poetry to Music Label came into being.

It is here that Soul Whisperers was born.
