Southern Trail Goats UTCT Fundraising Campaign

Southern Trail Goats is a trail running club that creates a safe, supportive space for children to explore trail-running — and we are especially committed to including children from under-privileged backgrounds who might otherwise not have the opportunity to be involved in this amazing sport. Our team gives back whenever we can — through clothes drives, sponsoring race entries, and fundraising.

In the upcoming UTCT trail race, three of our members will be taking part and we are using this as an opportunity to raise funds for Masicorp — an organisation that works tirelessly to help break the cycle of poverty in the community of Masiphumelele by providing access to quality education, training and support.

Masicorp provides educational and skills-development programmes that aim to ensure everyone in Masiphumelele has access to a brighter future. One of their core initiatives is Primary School Literacy Support.
