My name is Annatjie.
I was married on 4 May 1991, and soon after I was blessed with two beautiful children my son born on 7 June 1992, and my daughter on 20 July 1993.
But life quickly tested me. In March 1993, while pregnant, I was diagnosed with uterine cancer. I underwent a total hysterectomy, and one ovary was removed after my daugter was born o. 24 weeks.
In 2003, we took in a little boy aged 3 into foster care.
