Stian Lindhout Pacific Cup 🥋

My name is Stian Lindhout, I’m 15 years old, and I have qualified to represent South Africa as part of the JKA SA team for the Pacific Cup Karate Championships in Mauritius from 20–28 September 2026.

I started karate at age 9 and it’s become my passion and discipline. Over the last 2 years, my training has paid off with results at national and international level:

2025 Achievements:
- African Cup: Gold in Novice Kata, Bronze in Novice Kumite, Bronze in Elite Junior Men Brown & Black Belts – 9 countries competed.
- KSA National Championships, March 2026: Bronze medal for free fighting, I was selected for the KSA National Team to compete in Luanda, Angola in May 2026.
- JKA National Championships, May 2026: 4th in Kata Black & Brown Belts out of 32 competitors, Silver medal in Free Fighting Elite Division Black & Brown Belts, 27 competitors.
