Let us introduce Super Jace. He is a super little boy with a big imagination. Jace always loves to play superhero or be a first responder. We have always called him our little superhero since birth, and now he is our little superhero that doesn't wear a cape. His strength knows no bounds.
At the young age of only 4 years old, our Super Jace has been diagnosed with B-cell Acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) and with this news we received another blow. Just to find out that he is only one of 3% of children in the world that have the genetic leukemia marker, called the Philidelphia Chromosome.
On Easter Weekend, we received the devastating news that Jace was diagnosed with Leukemia. His initial bone marrow contained 93% cancer cells. With every biopsy his cancer cells have decreased and, now two months later his bone marrow shows 0.2% cancer cells.
His little body is very sensitive to the treatment he is receiving. After our doctor consulted her colleagues (worldwide), they came to the conclusion that immuno-therapy is Jace's best bet, with the least amount of side eff...
