Help My Family Through an Unexpected Crisis

My name is Shawn, and I am reaching out with humility and hope during one of the most difficult periods of my life.

In January 2026, I lost my job. Since then, I have been actively searching for employment, attending interviews, and doing everything I can to provide for my family. Unfortunately, despite multiple opportunities and follow-ups, I have not yet been able to secure a new position.

To make matters worse, after waiting nearly five months for my UIF documentation, I discovered that my former employer had not properly registered me as an employee. This has left me without access to the financial support I was depending on while I searched for work.

I am the primary provider for a household of four, including two children. Every day has become a challenge as we try to cover basic necessities such as food, electricity, fuel, and household expenses.
