Thank you for taking the time to read this.

As many of you know, our dad, Kevin, is currently navigating the advanced stages of dementia. Because he is no longer able to live safely or independently, we recently made the difficult decision to move him into full-time care.

It was incredibly important to us that he did not go into a cold, clinical institution. Instead, we found a small, home-based environment with 24-hour carers. It is a quiet, personal, and gentle space where he feels safe and comfortable. Knowing he is at peace there means everything to us.

However, the reality of providing this level of round-the-clock frail care comes with a heavy financial weight. We have done everything we can as a family to manage the monthly costs, but it has simply become more than we can sustain on our own.

We have started this fund to ask for your help in keeping our dad in the environment best suited to his needs. Every single donation will go directly toward his accommodation, medical care, and basic comfort.
