We tell the untold stories of Cape Town’s indigenous, enslaved, and displaced peoples and restore their rightful place as Camissa Africans, deeply rooted in African heritage.
This museum challenges enduring stereotypes, invites personal and collective memory, and empowers a younger generation to explore and express identity through art, storytelling, and education.
