Help Warren Recover After Two Major Heart Attacks

On June 18th, our dear friend Warren Olivier suffered a major heart attack.

During this terrifying moment, Warren was rushed to Helen Joseph Hospital, but due to a lack of resources, he was forced to wait for over two hours while actively having a heart attack in the waiting room. Despite the delay, the staff were eventually able to stabilize him with medication to dissolve blood clots and morphine to manage the pain.

Realising he needed more specialised care, Warren was transferred to Johannesburg General Hospital, where doctors performed an angiogram and inserted a stent to save his life. On June 22nd, Warren was sent home to recover.
