Supporting Shimon (critical Liver treatment)

Shimon (now  22) was diagnosed with stage 4 Liver Cirrhosis 2 years ago after a 7-year long painful and costly struggle with severe symptoms, emergency operations and invasive procedures without any confirmed answers yet as to the possible cause of it.   Her illness requires expensive chronic medication and she still very bravely undergoing different ongoing tests and monitoring as this serious condition holds a very high cancer risk as well ,  and although she doesn't need a liver transplant yet,  she has to be very closely managed and monitored.   She needs blood tests and Specialist consultations every 3 months, as well as an anual liver Biopsy (which is now overdue by nearly 14 months already, as we simply are not able to keep up with the expenses.  Our Medical aid is a hospital plan only with long waiting periods and does not cover her at all at the specific hospital where her Specialist needs her to undergo the biopsy procedure specifically.   (only Donald Gordon hospital has the adequate equipment for it).   I am a single mom of two a...
