My name is A-Jay. For years , I’ve struggled with serious health issues , including costochondritis , scoliosis , and the long-term effects of trauma and depression. These conditions have caused chronic pain , weight challenges , and affected my posture and confidence. I’ve tried many solutions , diets , exercise , support groups , but due to my health , I’m unable to do heavy workouts or activities that put strain on my body. 

Surgery has become my best chance to restore my health , improve my mobility , and rebuild my confidence. The cost of surgery is R50,000. This includes the procedure , doctor’s fees , and recovery support. It’s more than I can afford on my own , which is why I am reaching out.
