Team Masakhane, South Africa's Junior Culinary Team has earned their place at the Culinary World Cup 2026 in Luxembourg, one of the most prestigious culinary competitions in the world. Representing South Africa on this stage is more than a competition; it's a chance for young, talented chefs to put our country's food culture, skill, and spirit on the global map. But getting there takes more than talent. Team Masakhane needs the support of South Africans who believe in developing local talent and backing our youth to compete, and win internationally. This is the first step on a bigger journey: Culinary World Cup 2026 → Africa Culinary Cup 2027 → South Africa hosting the World Cup in 2032. Every rand raised helps build that pipeline, starting with getting this team to Luxembourg. We're asking you to back Team Masakhane.
