Red Boots is a delightful play for our youngest audiences—children between the ages of 1 and 3 years old. As a multilingual performance featuring South African Sign Language, English, Danish, and a dance vocabulary that transcends language, it connects with even the most excluded children, especially those with hearing impairments.
Full of verve, whimsy, and tenderness, Red Boots has been invited to perform at the Mother Tongues Festival in Tallaght, Dublin, from 19th–22nd February 2025. We are excited about this opportunity and eager to make it happen. While the Mother Tongues Festival is covering 75% of our budget, we are facing a shortfall of R25,000 to bring this production to Ireland.
