Get Talia to New York

Talia, a dedicated and industrious sixteen-year-old ballet dancer from Melkbos, Cape Town, embarked on her ballet journey at the age of four. Achieving distinctions in most of her RAD ballet exams, she is currently preparing for her Royal Academy of Dance, Advanced 1 ballet exam.

 

Since 2020, Talia has been an integral member of Cape Junior Ballet (CJB), showcasing her prowess in various roles, including the Woodland fairy solo from "The Sleeping Princess," the big swan from Swan Lake, and Swanhilda in "Symphony of Dance." Notably, she graced the stage in "Dreaming Dance in District Six, the Johaar Mosaval story" in March 2023.

 

In December 2022, Talia enchanted audiences in Veronica Paepers' "The Nutcracker" with the City of Cape Town Ballet. Her success continued as she secured a spot in Veronica Paepers' "A Christmas Carol," slated for December 2023.
