Help Tamara and Her Family

Tamara, a hardworking domestic worker, is in urgent need of support. She has a 5-year-old daughter and is expecting another child. Due to the cost of childcare (R1,540 per month), she had considered sending her daughter 800 km away to stay with a family member.

We plan to cover the cost of childcare for both children, hospital fees, and clothes

Thanks to some early support, we were able to secure accommodation for her and part-time work 3–5 days a week — a tremendous first step.

We are now reaching out to kind-hearted donors to help ensure Tamara and her children can stay together and thrive. If this initiative succeeds, we plan to register GAL69 as a non-profit organization, dedicated to helping people in need.

All donations will go directly to supporting families like Tamara’s. We commit to full transparency: contributors will have the option to see how funds are used, including costs for essentials and other support items.
