My name is Shakirah Manuels my niece Taskeen Kaldine is a 9 year old girl from Nancefield Eldorado Park doing ballet from the age of 6. She has been selected to represent South Africa in Dublin Ireland.
She participated in the WLDF for the last 2 years and won 3rd place last year and 1st place this year in her age group. She is a
very enthusiastic girl with amazing talent
and loves ballet. Her mother Tashrika
Kaldine is a single working mother and would love for her daughter to pursue her dream of becoming a professional ballet dancer who represents her beloved country South Africa, this however is very costly as she needs to cover the cost for both of them for plane tickets, accommodation, SA team gear, entrance fees to the ballet world championship. Leaving from SA 31st July 2023 returning to SA 8th August 2023.
This is a first time, huge opportunity for her.
It will also be the first time Taskeen flies on
a Airplane and the first time she and her mum
