My name is Lourens Janse van Rensburg, and I am the founder of TechWave247, a dream that started in 2020 and has refused to die, no matter the challenges. Today, I am reaching out for support to help turn this dream into a physical store that South Africa can be proud of.

Our Story

TechWave247 was born during a difficult time, but with a belief that South Africa deserves a modern, accessible and innovative tech experience. We officially registered in 2022 and invested almost R700 000 of our own money into stock, equipment, events, and online selling. We tried building the brand through markets, big shows, and online platforms. Although the online-only model didn’t succeed as we hoped, the vision behind TechWave247 grew stronger.
