About Terry
Terry Haigh, a 69-year-old pensioner, is a resilient and independent individual who has faced many challenges throughout his life. Despite his determination and spirit, Terry's only source of income is a government-subsidized pension grant from SASSA, which barely covers his basic needs. He is currently living in precarious conditions and his health is deteriorating. Throughout his life, he has always given what he can, he now requires our assistance.
Our Goal
We are raising funds to assist us with making plans for safe and comfortable lodgings. One option may be to purchase, transport, and furnish a Wendy house for Terry at Lilly Rose Community Farm near Mamre, Western Cape. This safe and supportive environment will provide Terry with the stability and comfort he desperately needs. Alternatively, we're looking into other locations that house pensioners, such as Eleanor Hall, Salvation Army, Haven Homes, Noah Project et. al.
