As a young girl, our founder, Siwinile Ngcobo, experienced emotional wounds that quietly shaped how she saw herself and the world around her. For years, she carried feelings of rejection and self-doubt without understanding how deeply they were influencing her confidence, choices and future. It was through her own healing journey that she discovered a life-changing truth: lasting empowerment begins with healing. That revelation inspired the founding of Young Gal Inner Child, built on the belief that every girl deserves the opportunity to heal, discover her worth and bloom into everything she was created to be.

Today, too many girls are trying to build their futures on foundations shaped by pain, rejection, trauma or emotional neglect.
