Meet Our Team
We are THE TURBO TYRES, and we are proud to participate in the 2026 VUSA 24-Hour Cycle Challenge.
For 24 hours, we will take turns cycling throughout the day and night, pushing ourselves to keep the wheels turning while raising funds and creating meaningful opportunities for children in Langa.
Why We Ride
Every kilometre we cycle represents our commitment to helping children build brighter futures.
VUSA Rugby and Learning Academy provides daily academic support, rugby development and life-skills programmes to children aged 4–13.
Funds raised through this challenge will help VUSA strengthen its literacy programmes, expand safe learning spaces and provide children with valuable resources and opportunities to learn, grow and thrive.
