Tim Bentley ME/CFS Medical Costs

As some of you may know, Tim has been severely ill for the past year with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, otherwise known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome following a viral infection in July last year. He has deteriorated to the point where he is completely bed bound and reliant on outside support (from his parents and girlfriend) to complete simple daily tasks such as eating and showering. He now has an extremely low quality of life and is severely disabled.  

Some of the symptoms that Tim suffers from on a daily basis are:

• Debilitating fatigue and lack of energy
• Severe body aches, muscle cramps and spasms  
• Intense headaches and migraines 
• Vertigo and dizziness 
• Excessively high heart rate and orthostatic intolerance
• Inability to perform any kind physical activity (walking to the bathroom or standing up is a challenge)
• Severe light and noise sensitivities
• Brain fog and memory problems (some days its extremely hard to even think)
