We are a group of 13, grade 7s who are wanting to explore our wonderful country. We belong to a small community school with income-based fees and so we come from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds. We have multiple languages (English, Xhosa, Chichewa, German, Afrikaans and Hindi) and religions (Christian, Muslim, Atheist, Bahai and Agnostic).
We have been working with Elinor Driver, our amazing teacher our whole primary school life (since we began grade 1 in 2020). As an ending to this journey we are hopefully going on our last trip together... Since grade 1 our teacher has said that we will find a way to do this trip so that everyone can experience some of the highlights of our country and now that the time has finally come, we are in need of funds.
