Boss Generation Network (BGN) is a registered Non-Profit Company transforming township children into business owners while they are still in school.

This movement began with something simple.

A 6-year-old girl named Tlotlo started writing and illustrating her own stories. Instead of treating it as a hobby, we treated it as a business. Today, she is a published author with ISBN-registered books — operating under structured guardian oversight.

But this is bigger than one child.

BGN identifies young people with entrepreneurial potential, provides structured mentorship, seed support, and connects them into a youth-led ecosystem where they buy from and support one another.

Our pilot enterprises are already active: • A 6-year-old publisher
