On Saturday evening, two young lives were changed forever in a devastating collision.

Aiden and his girlfriend, Alexis, were involved in a serious accident while travelling home after Aiden had gone to collect Alexis, who had been working at a function at Jackie Cameron's chef school, where they were both studying. Tragically, Alexis lost her life at the scene of the accident. Our hearts are broken for her family, her friends, and everyone who loved her. No words can adequately express the pain of losing someone so young, with so much life still ahead of her.

Aiden is currently fighting for his life in ICU. He has already undergone a heart surgery (with more surgeries planned), and his journey to recovery is likely to be long and challenging. For his family, these are unimaginable days filled with fear, uncertainty, and the desperate hope that their son will pull through.
