HOW DID WE GET HERE?
In July, Bella went from being a fiercely independent 24-year-old — working full-time, living independently, DJing and planning her future — to the Emergency Room with severe shortness of breath, chest pain and coughing up blood.
After hours of scans, X-rays, blood tests and specialist investigations, doctors discovered something we never saw coming.
Bella’s heart was failing.
