Organic Farming Supports Autistic Teen

Hi everyone.
Torin's Haven is a farming initiative, to create a self sustainable living environment for Torin. Torin is non verbal  and has severe autism. Torin has a very small circle of people he knows and loves and lost his dad just a few months ago.  As his dad was very actively involved in his life, and our lives, this has affected Torin terribly. As caring and providing for Torin has now fallen squarely on our shoulders , as his mom and stepdad, in the event that one day we are no longer around to see to his needs, and to protect him from being forced into an institution, we aim to have a self sustainable environment for Torin to experience his full life, worry free and with everything he would need. We plan to move to a piece of land to start farming small scale, eventually leaving this, willed to be managed by an appointed guardian, and the income generated used to sustain Torin in an environment that is familiar to him and in which he feels at home.
