For 20+ years, Tracey has lived with Lupus, a chronic autoimmune disease where the body's immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissue. For a long time, she managed this unpredictable condition with grace and determination, never wanting to burden those around her or ask for assistance.
However, in late 2019, Tracey’s health took a sudden, devastating turn. She was diagnosed with a cluster of severe, life-threatening cardiac and pulmonary conditions that have completely rewritten her life and threatened her future. Today, Tracey is fighting a daily battle for her survival, and she simply cannot do it alone anymore.
