Transformation Family Projects

Transformation Family Projects is a small NPC that drives micro community-based support via feeding schemes and the supply of essentials across underprivilaged towns in the Western Cape. We recently launched our project in Worcester, organizing feeding schemes and activities for the local children and youth. Winter is coming, so the need for warm clothes and blankets is high. We need your support to fund our work. The money will be used to buy the food, the essential supplies like clothes and blankets and the transport.
