Transport for school learners: Buffelskloof SSKV Primêr

**Help Buffelskloof SSKV Primêr Get a Bus!**

Buffelskloof SSKV Primêr is a small rural school situated 9km outside of McGregor, on a gravel road. We currently serve 43 learners, from Grade R to Grade 6, with just three dedicated teachers handling multigrade classes. This is a no-fees school, and we run a feeding scheme to ensure our learners have at least one nutritious meal each day.

Our community consists primarily of farm workers, and our school was established to provide education for their children. Despite the challenges, we strive to offer the best possible learning environment. However, transportation has become a significant hurdle for us.

Currently, one of our teachers generously uses her own salary to cover the petrol costs of transporting learners to and from school within a 32 km radius. This situation is unsustainable, and we lack the level of parent involvement that larger schools often benefit from for fundraising activities.
