The Roots & Fins Writer’s Retreat is a living process underway to create a space of creativity, refuge and restoration in Betty’s Bay. You are invited to support this wonderful little home and writer’s hub, that is also a place of healing and nature connecting. Someone once said in one of our circles: the true remedy to heal from violence and separation is connection and creativity. Roots & Fins will be a place for the re-weaving of the human soul – to literally be “in touch” again. 

The place is nestled against the Silversands Dunes and Brodie’s Link Nature Reserve that links Betty’s to Pringle Bay. Out the door you walk across the dunes to immerse in the sea in less than 15 minutes.
