Urgent Help Needed for Our Family

For the past 365 days, our family of five has lived inside a garage.

We sleep, eat, and live behind a 6mm thick wall that barely separates us from the wind and rain. Because it is a garage, the conditions are far from a home; we deal with constant electrical issues, a lack of privacy, and the ongoing struggle of sharing our living space with a dog that has made the environment unsanitary for our children.

This past year has been a test of our strength. Between my wife losing her employment and the daily struggle to provide food, our main priority has remained our three children. Despite doing their homework in a garage and living in these conditions, they continue to go to school every day, trying their best to build a future.

Our Goal: A Place to Call Home
We have realized that renting is a temporary cycle that we struggle to maintain. We are reaching out to our community, to strangers, and to anyone with a heart for families in need to help us raise R 600,000 to purchase a modest, permanent home.
