Targeted Impoundment of Our Vehicles
Unfortunately, our operations have been severely impacted. On 5 February 2025, our vehicles were impounded in which seems to be a targeted approach by the local authorities, placing immense strain on our drivers who rely on WANATU for their livelihoods, and threatening the future of our business. Even before our vehicles were impounded, the media announced impoundment of our vehicles quoting government representatives in their articles.
