My name is Siphokazi Mdzanga. I am a person living with a disability as a result of a motor-vehicle accident I was a 5year old then. I am a 46 year old lady, sIngle, mother of 3. I am not working due to illness. The wheelchair that am currently using is more than 15 years old and the cushion is no longer suitable for use. Please assist me to buy a new specialised wheelchair. I am paraplegic hence I am requesting a specialized one. Your assistance will be appreciated.
