When Our Sound Goes Global, We Gather to Celebrate

On 25 July 2026, we are hoping to bring together 80–100 young people in Cape Town for a listening party to celebrate the release of Tyla’s new album, A*Pop.

Tyla’s journey has become something deeply meaningful to young people across South Africa. She has stepped onto global stages while staying true to her identity, showing that South African sound, style, and creativity can shape global culture. Her success carries a message that resonates strongly with young people here at home: that talent, discipline, and belief can open doors far beyond your circumstances.

For many young people in Cape Town, her story feels personal. It reflects ambition, resilience, and the reality of growing up with big dreams and finding ways to make them real. It is a reminder that success is not limited to one place or one path in South Africa.
