Robin’s Story

Robin is a bright and resilient 3-year-old who faces a number of complex medical challenges, yet continues to meet each day with courage and a gentle smile. Since infancy, he has struggled with severe reflux, developmental delays, recurring infections, and sleep difficulties. His care involves a team of specialists, ongoing therapies, and continuous testing to better understand the root of his health concerns.

An MRI, Gscope, EEG, Sleep Study were recently done, which assisted us in receiving some answers. And we have just done procedures, such as removing his tonsils and adenoids, placing grommets, and adjusting his iron and vitamin support, these are already helping improve his sleep and energy. Therapies such as speech and occupational therapy are guiding his progress. Further genetic testing may be necessary to provide more answers, in the meantime, he does fall under the CP diagnosis code.
