YMCA Cape Town is turning 160 years this year, and as we celebrate this remarkable milestone, we're reminded of our enduring commitment to serving the community. As we launch our Winter Drive, we're reminded that it truly takes a village to raise a child. We're more convinced than ever that every child deserves a chance to thrive. But the harsh reality is that many of our young ones are struggling too. They're forced to attend school with empty stomachs, bare essentials, and tattered clothing that can't shield them from the cold. We believe that no child should have to face the day with the weight of poverty holding them back.

That's why we're calling on our community to come together and make a difference.
