Women Abuse In a working environment

For years, I’ve witnessed women in the workplace face emotional and sexual harassment, often in silence. I, too, became one of those women. When I attempted to report the abuse I experienced, instead of receiving support, I was met with intimidation, retaliation, and attempts to silence me.

In 2014, I faced the first attempt to push me out of my job for speaking up — but I stood my ground. Then, in 2023, I reported my direct manager for repeated emotional abuse that eventually impacted my mental and physical health so severely that I required hospitalisation. After returning from medical leave, I was physically confronted in the workplace.

When I sought protection through the courts, I hoped things would change. But shortly after the perpetrator was summoned, I was placed on forced leave. From there, false allegations were manufactured against me. Without any formal disciplinary hearing, I received notice of my dismissal in August 2023.
