My name is Vusumuzi Chesiwe, founder of Chesiwe Automotives. I am a qualified automotive professional with years of industry experience, and I am passionate about skills development in our community.Too many young people in our area want to learn a trade but have no access to the proper tools or training space. I want to change that.I am raising funds to buy essential workshop tools so that I can offer practical skills training and mentorship to unemployed youth and aspiring artisans in our community. The goal is simple but powerful: equip young people with real, hands-on automotive and mechanical skills that can help them find work, start their own small businesses, or continue into further training.The tools we need will allow us to teach proper diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and good workshop practices — not just theory, but real skills that open doors.This is more than fixing cars.
