XTERRA World Championship 2024

If you have done anything at a high level, whether it be sports or the arts, you most likely would've experienced the desire to represent your country and wear that South African flag with pride while doing the thing you enjoy. For myself it isn't any different as since young it has been a dream, but one that I have always come close to but never been able to attain.

In February of this year I was able to qualify to represent South Africa at the XTERRA World Championship in Molveno, Italy on the 28th of September 2024 (XTERRA is an off-road format of Triathlon). As any South African knows the financial implication of traveling overseas is no easy task and after some back and forth deliberation I decided to jump at the opportunity as it's not everyday that an opportunity like this rolls around!

With that said, I am asking friends and family to come alongside me in making this dream become a reality as the costs are quite daunting. The money raised will go towards covering the expenses of the trip such as flights, accommodation, transport, kit etc.
