HELP us in ensuring that we continue to deliver our core offering which is simple but profound: culturally appropriate, free online mental health services that meet young people where they are, without stigma, shame, or financial burden. Our commitment is deeply rooted in the belief that mental health care must be community-informed, inclusive, and radically accessible, particularly for high school and university students who remain disproportionately affected by mental health challenges and are often the least resourced to access help.

Every young person deserves access to mental health support, regardless of their financial situation. Sadly, too many face barriers to getting the help they desperately need. That's where HEAL SA  comes in.

We provide free, professional mental health services to young people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, and other challenges. Our dedicated team of trained therapists and counsellors offers a safe space for them to heal, grow, and build resilience.
