Friend in need

My friend verbalises shes is in need. I tried helping her on my own. But i cant anymore, she got 5 kids, recently unemployed although highly qualified. She got estate agent qualifications, masters in building construction. She is jobless or cant keep a job due to health reasons. She needs funds for her health bills. Or a job with temporary disability. If there is anything like that. Her vision is to cut costs post employment get a plot with a wendy house. So she can recover. I stopped her headin to central, where she was going to provide for her kids, and now it has become difficult to work with her cauese of my own commitments. Please help me im retarded on her vision lets help her pay her medical bills and go to a small holding off grid.
